Well, if it's a priority and no person in answering the phone, go down there or go elsewhere.

Most of these places rely on minimum outgoings (like not having someone to answer calls) in order to stay competitive. What is it you need to speak with someone about?

I use the Premier Inn on the Great West Rd, as it has a car park beneath (£15 for 24 hours) and is on the H91 bus route.

Well, I think your answer is Google, as you can book online unless you don't have internet access. Other browsers are available
