My point, Anita, is if councils are regulating how many seats in restaurants dictate how many loos are made available at that venue, surely an event on public ground needing an operating license would have some equivalent equation for the provision of public relief.Surely. To your point, we have been involved in this very event in the past and other larger ones repeatedly in all these years. In many boroughs making comparison possible. Also to your point, if you're worried about diminished ROI, then worry about it for all businesses. When a venue that can handle 40 covers opts to provide 30 for the purpose of saving money to avoid unnecessary provisions, that's a problem. Of those extra 10 people it's safe to assume they, too, would be from nearby so could go home for relief. As opposed to your example somewhere in the 100s if not more who would do the same.If we're tying hands behind backs, let's do it. Or not. Requirements need to be more equitable and common sense should some in to play. Neither are true.
