Estate agent recommendations

Hi.Has anybody had a good experience selling through a local estate agent recently?  Any recommendations appreciated.

The answer is the type of property you plan to sell/rent. Some agents are excellent in difference categories of property.

I'd recommend Andrew Nunn.  We used them to sell my father's house in 2021 and we now use them to let a flat.  Great team,  honest advice.

A few years ago now, but we have bought and sold through Whitman & Co, and found them very good and professional. We had already tried various other agents in the area, with less positive results, so this recommendation isn't just based on our experience with one agent.
