Sorry, that is not the name on the card we found. They should have the card at Turnham Green station if anyone else has lost a Freedom Pass - about three weeks ago now.

HelloIs the person who has lost the freedom pass has name of Shona Seang Cheng Tan? I checked at TG tube station and the staff at the station room said there isn't a card left at the office room

Unfortunately not. As the person who has lost it hasn't seen my post here, we have handed the pass in to the staff at Turnham Green. Hopefully the owner will enquire there if they have lost it.
