iPhone/ outlook issue - help needed
Hi - I have been receiving an error message ‘Cannot get mail. The connection to the server failed. It appears from searching on community forums that this is an issue most likely with the Apple rather than Outlook. It is affecting both phone and iPad. I have followed all the suggestions - deleting and reinstalling outlook, rebooting the phone, ensuring latest update has run, changing password, turning Wi-Fi off and on, turning airplane mode off and on. Nothing has worked.Apple Genius Bar don’t offer appointments for this and I cannot work out how to get Microsoft support.Can anybody advise! Tearing my hair out.
