Missing Person

Please help. My wife Hannah Fletcher is missing and we are very concerned for her safety. She was last seen at 9am at home of Edensor Road.  She does not have a money or her phone, and may be unwell or confused.  Please contact the police if you have any information.  The below link is for a police notification on x and has her photo.  Thank youhttps://x.com/ealingMPS/status/2047012894882017737?s=20

Someone has posted on Facebook that she has been found but no official confirmation on this - Ealing Police's Twitter account is still carrying the appeal. Hope the Facebook claim is accurate.
