Who is right - Starmer or Priti.

Is Starmer right to pay £billions to the EU when the UK has a massive Black Hole? “Britain is set to rejoin the Erasmus student exchange scheme, six years after ditching the programme as part of the deal to leave the EU. “Priti Patel, the shadow foreign secretary, accused the government of “throwing billions of pounds of hard-earned taxpayers’ money on rejoining Erasmus, instead of taking advantage of our Brexit freedoms to support trade with the rest of the world, boost investment and drive economic growth”.

Yes, Priti says £billions. Assume she’s basing figure on going beyond 2028 if it’s currently £570 million a year. “ The government is pointing out that under the Brexit deal the default price for rejoining the scheme was set at £810 a million year, and that has been negotiated down to £570 million. The cost will be renegotiated again for the next round starting in 2028.”

It's confirmed. Tories have colluded with labour by offering two Sussex councils the option to postpone next May's elections 'till May 2027.Two big players running scared of Reform.

It is wrong, as explained by Priti Patel.This is Starmer sneaking GB little by little, closer to the EU bureaucracy. By May next year he will endeavour to get Macron to allow free movement between ourselves and France for under 30 year olds, and GB to pay France for the privilege.This deceitful man is now sanctioning 63 councils to try and postpone next May's elections until 2027, under the pretence that the Labour held councils require extra time to reorganise.The actual reason for the proposed time delays is because he knows that Reform candidates would likely walk away with the spoils. Millions of voters will be wrongly deprived of their right to vote.Which would be nothing short of an outrage.To further rub salt into this unpopular man's comings and goings, it has emerged that earlier this summer Never Here Keir took his wife and 10 colleagues off on a jet plane to Switzerland, to cheer on the Lionesses play Spain in a Euro final at a cost of £60K.The match was on terrestrial tv, obviously not good enough for our profligate PM.
