E3 bus

Is going on some crazy diversion, eastbound down the A4 and then to Chiswick school without stopping. Apparently they're doing something to the bridge at Chiswick station, the one that was supposed to be mended at the end of summer this year. Grrrr.

The 272 appears to be running along its normal route, so might offer an alternative for some residents.

From TfL bus status webpage, I cannot guarantee it’s accuracy:BURLINGTON LANE, W4: From Friday 05 December 22:00 to Monday 08 December 03:00, route E3 is on diversion in both directions via Ellesmere Road, Hogarth Lane, Burlington Lane and Alexandra Avenue due to road closed for Network Rail works. Buses towards Edensor Road will not serve stops 'Chesterfield Road' to 'Staveley Road'. Buses towards Clifton Road will not serve stops 'Alexandra Gardens' to ''Chesterfield Road'. Please allow extra time for your journey.
