I was in there on 21st November to get my phone upgraded. It seemed normally busy with several staff looking after numerous customers.

I'm not a customer but it has looked open for a couple of weeks. Maybe they are operating a locked door policy and you need to ring a door bell.

It opened a couple of weeks ago. I went in on the first day and was given a goody bag and they sorted out the problem with my phone too.
