Mouse inside my bathroom wall!

Mouse inside my bathroom wall! I am on first floor and had a long-term illegal pet last year, thus the virtual hermetic sealing around every skirting board, pipe and cable holes in my flat I have humane traps around the bathroom, but not much use if said mouse is still inside the wall! I have been serenading said visitor in half hour stints of 5 different so-called rodent repellant soundtracks on YouTube, Iron Maiden, Cannible Corpse, Full of Hell, currently trying Petbrick with Napalm Death lined up..... Because it sounds as though it is trying to break through the grouting in tiled wall, the volume of the scratching/digging is reverberating all around my flat, driving me up the walls! I am meant to be finishing some work, but can only focus on rodent noise.      I am looking at 2 options right now, either I dig out a tile or 2, then ask landlord for forgiveness, or just take piles and folders of work down the pub, hope this visitor gives up or makes it into loaded humane traps.    Anyone have a better plan I could try?????

I've tried those to little effect. My most successful catching device was a humane trap baited with a piece of KitKat.

Peanut butter is the best food fr attracting rodents.They love it.

We recently had squirrels in our loft so we called in professionals. Not cheap but very successful. However, not humane because the put boxes with traps all around the loft and they lure the squirrels into the traps by spreading peanut butter in the traps. Apparently squirrels love peanut butter. Not sure about mice but it may be worth a try to lure the mouse out of the wall cavity.

Amanda, the controller has two brothers under her helm, both have passed their "pest control exams" and deal with most, if not all wildlife problems. But not bats whose welfare is protected by law.

Might give them a try. But as they're managing to get into the building somewhere on the gre+ound floor, and we have 'issues' with the woman directly bellow me, could be an on-going issue. Will see what they say. Thanks.
