Both main parties are using what they think is the 'language' of Reform and are,at least superficially,coming around to their way of thinking to one degree or another.Either they are jumping on a bandwagon(which they will inevitably fall off) or they have finally realised that combinations of their attitudes to public feeling and their ineffective policies over the last 30 years have been in the large part condescending and wrong.
