Thanks Julian,No offence taken. I did some initial searching with Google. My thing was that I quite like Plusnet, their customer service has been pretty good e.g. when I had an issue with a router, I spoke to someone who actually knew her stuff, and listened to me rather than going through a flow chart, and concluded that I had a partially working router which needed replacing.So I was really hoping to keep Plusnet but also keep my Landline number, which would need me to migrate the landline number, before renewing with Plusnet.All the solutions for going over to VOIP were more tailored to business use from what I could see, which is why I posted my question.Having spent a bit more time since I posted, looks like my easiest option by far is to move to a new provider which still provides a phone, and have to hope the customer service isn't too bad, or that I won't need it.
