Fracas In Grove Park Piazza

Last night around 8.15  - IC3 male approx 30 yrs old in a motorbike/moped helmet was shouting at a group of women ' you re civilians' repeatedly, and also 'you re women/females' and also 'you re weird'I only caught the tail end of it but I gather some argument had broken out because the women thought he was trying to rob from their car ?He stormed into the shop, grabbed a can of drink, threw money at the shopkeeper without knowing the price of the drink and stormed off shouting.Struck me as odd he was shouting about civilians ? ?

Well since you personally witness the alleged verbal abuse attack it’s not very likely that the police would have been called since the man stormed off and, even if they were called, it’s highly unlikely they would have made it there in a few seconds. Why didn’t you call them so that you could be a material witness? Also interesting that you could identify the alleged perpetrator as IC3 when he was wearing a crash helmet. How can you be certain he wasn’t IC4 or even 5 or 6?
