WhatsApp expert needed

Need WhatsApp expert to help me recover and access WhatsApp history.Do you know of anyone I can hire to help me ??Many thanks

The other thing is backup itself. This would have needed to be set up at some stage before you can access this back up. This is usually in Google Drive or your iCloud backup

You could have exported your chats, but it you did you will know where they are!

Rae - I am afraid that if you were not archiving your chats, they will have gone. If you have archived them then at the very top of the list you will see the word archived. Then press on the word archived and the archive will appear. I suspect tho that you may not have archived your old chats and they will have gone

I would say Simon would be the "tech guru" most likely to sort out your WhatsApp problem.

Julian has it right. I got a new phone recently and my whole archive is gone. Luckily it doesn't really matter to me, but harder for others. I think you can back up before you change phones, but don't know how ...

Just uninstall it and reboot/reinstall. If you have not backedup your history to saythe cloud then yourstuffed. Third party progs statethey can but in most casesdon't at a cost
