Dominic’s conundrum is this - like Sunak and Starmer he’s a Technocrat. That needs bureaucracy. But, he doesn’t like the ones on offer - e.g., Brussels or The Blob. So what’s he to do? Do an Argentina or a Musk - but who can then implement his cunning plans?Answers on a postcard please. Preferably seaside and saucy.
