Now, for those that don't know, Mrs al Assad hails from Acton and attended Twyford C of E.Surely the last place they'll look for him is Acton.

"Where will you be pitching your tent if things get bad and you are lucky enough to be given one?"How about your back garden?

Anna: Why don't you investigate why people whose homes and livelihoods are being bombed flee to try and find safety for themselves and their children elsewhere and why? The UK Govt voted not to get involved in the Syrian war years ago. That didn't stop millions of the Syrian population leaving the country in fact it may have increased the exodus. .Most displaced people stay as close as they can to their home country and as has been shown they are only too eager to return when they feel they can.Where will you be pitching your tent if things get bad and you are lucky enough to be given one?

Starmer has said the British govt is to give Syria £11 million in aid following the political upheaval over there. Want to know how money laundering is facilitated through international aid ?? Then see my thread on this forum 'Hunter Bidens Laptop' and read my post on 4/12 about money laundering.

Meanwhile, the US, Israel and Turkey can't resist taking the opportunity to bomb a few bits of Syria that they don't like.

I hope they find peace for the sake of the people of Syria in the future - they deserve some peace and stability. However, I'm not too hopeful. Groups of 'rebels' who oust governing factions and take over states in the Middle East do tend to be fissiparous and at each others' throats in a very short time.

Very true. As long as someone holds him up so that he doesn’t trip.

He could ‘sleepwalk into war’ it’s happened before.

Biden can’t step in. The old fool can barely walk.
Yes, we can hope. Macron might be tempted to meddle given France’s ‘mandate’, but that would be vainglorious. Let’s see.
The not-so-friendly Bashar Assad is now with his mates in Moscow. One hopes whoever fills the void in Syria are good people and, unlike Hamas and Hezbollah, actually care for their own brethren.

Moscow. Let’s see which one of the imperialist powers steps into the mess first. Biden and Trump have said they’d won’t.
Russia, what kind of women would marry this monster and she is English very sad. Well done to the rebels and let pray they work together for peace for the good of their people.

And while the man himself was in London he ‘attended postgraduate studies at the Western Eye Hospital, specializing in vitreoretinal ophthalmology).[4] There al-Assad’s consultant supervisor remarked “He was an extremely kind person and a warm personality" while a nurse went on the record stating he was “calm at the operating table and had a wonderful manner with the patients . . . He spoke with every patient just before surgery to reassure them all would be well’. (Wikipedia)Chilling.
