Reclaiming from TfL after cybehack

Has anyone managed to reclaim money spent on fares due to a Zip card or other discretionary card not being issued due to the cyberhack on TfL. I can't find any information other than a refund system will be set up but in the meantime customer services should be contacted.

I made a claim for a refund a couple of weeks ago and haven't heard anything. Has anyone had more success?

If you have an account for contactless payment or Oyster, you should have received an email confirming journey history is back up. When I checked there were indeed a number of default charges for a missed swipe in or swipe out even though it was unlikely I failed to do so. However, TfL haven't changed the monthly limit for the number of refunds you can get despite extending the availability of journey history.

Charges have appeared on my credit card indicating that there must have been a swipe in or swipe out failure. This happens a lot and before I could log on and claim it back no quibble. Now journey history isn't available and the TfL web site seems to suggest I 'keep receipts'. What reaction to you think if I asked station staff for a receipt for my journey?
