Hi Chris,I use the C9 as part of my daily commute and from my perspective 'rush hour' is very busy. I can't speak for other times, except when I cycle through now and again, and then it's usually the same amount of bikes as cars. There are quite a lot of Deliveroo cyclists and what I don't understand is that they often don't have lights. Are they trying to save battery power?? In terms of percentage, I'd say they are a minority and it's mostly commuters and parents with their kids. There is one elegant cyclist in Ealing I happen to see a lot. He is always very dapper and well turned-out. Personally, I have cycled to evening events. My bike is more of a 'sitting upright' one, rather than a lycramobile, so wearing elegant going-out garb is not a problem. For reference, I join the C9 at Olympia. Kensington High Street is a free-for-all and a lack of cycle lane has not deterred most cycling commuters, but it would make that whole street so much safer. It's so nonsensical to have a sudden gap in what is otherwise a pretty seamless west/east cycleway.CheersDominik
