Leaf Sweeping collection

Some neighbours in our street have been wonderful in regularly sweeping and bagging the leaves from the pavement and roadway.  A month ago I arranged for the bags to be collected through ‘fix my street’.  Today I have spent a frustrating hour trying to find that email and can’t  find it nor can I get any leads through the Hounslow website.  Can anyone help with this?The same goes for requesting more orange bags.I also tried to email John Todd but this bounced back.

Leaves are treacherous on the cycle lane. Can't see where the kerb is because of the leaves and they are very slippery causing cyclists to move to the middle of the lane. Not brilliant.

You can complain but there is no money available for this service.  That’s why we have opted for self help.  One more frost and all the leaves will be down and that will be it until the summer.There has bee quite good comraderie and humour amongst those participating and satisfaction knowing you won’t be treading the leafy mush into the house.

Could they complain to Ealing council as well? Another Labour council that is not acting in the interests of their council tax payers.

The leaf situation is very dangerous for the old dears and others especially after rain. Where is Age Concern in all of this, they have a branch in Chiswick I think, does anyone know if they ve complained to Hounslow council ?
