New Bar The Living Room

I went in there and it was as quiet as mouse. Seemed like a good bar with good cocktails but why is it empty? It's at 299 chiswick high road opposite connellys in case anyone was wondering!

I generally would be reluctant to go into any bar/restaurant for the first time without any idea what it was like - by viewing from the outside.

You don’t have to know everything about everything, Talbot, to know that alcohol is bad for one’s health. Duh!  It is also a major cause of domestic abuse and financial issues leading to mental health problems. Save the NHS - stop drinking alcohol. Almost forgot - it makes you fat which is disgusting.

Went to have a nose earlier this evening, and at first I thought it wasn't open. I then realised the bar is underneath where Hedone/Republic used to be, and you have to go through a door to the left. I think this might be part of the problem, because unless you are actually looking for it, I don't think you would notice it was there. This also means you can't see what it looks like or how busy it is until you are inside.

Myself and friends did stop meeting of an evening years ago, we now meet lunch time, never go out at night anymore.
