Bike servicing - recommendations

Can anyone recommend somewhere for bike servicing in Chiswick or nearby?  I used the fantastic Woolsey of Acton for many years but sadly they closed at the end of September

Agreed. Best bike shop in London. Knowledgeable staff happy to give advice on all things bike.

I agree, I can't think of a better bike shop in London than Condor.  So much retail has moved online but they have great stock in the shop itself so you can see what the accessories, components and clothing actually looks like.

Yes, great shop run by Grant Young following on from his dad Monty.I had a touring bike built there in 1995, use it daily. Probably the number one bike shop in London.

Jo if you commute to the city consider Condor Cycles in Grays Inn Road, after I purchased my first bike from them, I just started to service everything there.  True professionals.

Fudges seems to have been around for ever,which is good to see. I got my first new bike from Fudges in the Bush when I was a kid back in the sixties.It's a shame about Woolseys, Malcolm Woolsey and Dave Newman are two fine bike mechanics and are also two very fast time trialists with the Westerley Cycle Club. I wish them all the best for the future..

Fudges on Chiswick High Road are fab (up near High Road House).

A little futher afield I know but Halfords in Alperton has two excellent bike technicians. They look after our family bikes and we have never had an issue with their work.

Dr Bike provides free servicing once a month in front of the Town Hall.

I've used both Bike and London Cycle Workshop which are almost opposite each other on King St Hammersmith, just a hundred metres from the east end of Chiswick High Rd.London Cycle Workshop only do servicing/maintenance and sales of accessories and I've used them for general servicing.I've used Bike for some smaller jobs and they have been flexible about doing things there and then (which will obviously depend on what needs done and their workload).https://www.pisquaredbikes.com/https://tlcw.co.uk/
