Are private hire vehicles allowed to enter Grove Park via streets like Hartington Road and Staveley Road?

The access restrictions are only in place 0800-1900 Mon-Sat. Outside those hours you can enter

You can only enter fortress Grove Park from the A4 on the north side ie. Sutton Court Road. You can exit the same way or south through Hartington Rd towards the A316.

Yes you will, you have to take the indirect route to pick up your fare.

I am a local PHV driver so just wanting to know if going to get fined if driving into those streets to pick up passengers. Anyone know please?
You’re better off trying to get an Oasis ticket, cheaper too if you forget to pay.
