Gibraltar tackles dog wee

Back from hols. Good idea from Gib (and along the Spanish coast), dog owners must carry squeezy bottle of water and white vinegar to splash over their dog’s pee.  No one uses full 250 ml!  Makes town much nicer.. ( law says In Gibraltar, dog owners are required to wash away their dog's urine in public places with at least 250 milliliters of water or another suitable liquid. Failure to do so is an offense that can result in a fine of £250. )

Just getting it through they need to clear up the poo is a big ask with some of them, so Good Luck with something like this. It's a good idea but just who is there to enforce it? Gib. is only small - a bit different in a densely populated country.
