One of the prime shopping streets in London is Bond Street, except that what people refer to as Bond Street is in fact Old Bond Street and/or New Bond Street. If you want to find a real Bond Street, then Ealing, W5 is the place to go.Maybe in years to come Old Market Place, Chiswick will have the same sort of recognition as ‘Bond Street’ does (even though it doesn’t technically ‘exist’.)

Paul can call any part of Chiswick whatever name he likes. Michael can use google maps to "prove" that the name exists but legally only the Council can change the name to Old Market Place and they have not.So technically the entire application is referring to a non-existent place.  Still hope it is accepted because I do love the cheese market

Absolutely - that’s why I said ‘most cheeses’. And watch out for Parmesan. You could lose weight but still have a heart attack. contains nearly 88 mg of cholesterol and raise blood pressure. Cottage cheese is good but ever so boring.

Well im for all the street markets and any after parties.Just dont let PC be your official or non official spokesperson because he will grind your ideas and buisness through the nutmeg grinder on public forums and social media platforms.If would be ok if it was for a possitive reason but your be hard pressed to find any possitive threads when the same names are involved,and where one name pops up so does the other and bosh,the nutmeg grinder starts to turn and all that is good turns to bad.

You mean by constantly falsely misrepresenting Chiswick as a place in decline Francis? Or saying that people can’t access the south side of the High Road because of the cycle lane? Or supporting every attempt to prevent the things that make Chiswick a more vibrant and attractive place for residents and visitors alike? Of course nobody listens to such drivel so Chiswick continues to thrive and provide a sustainable livelihood for good businesses despite the efforts of the dreary and bitter elderly curmudgeons on its periphery.

I love the Cheese Market, I try to attend most months but (mostly because it will wind up Paul), it should be refused because it refers to a non-existent location...there is no such location known as "Old Market Place"
