There's always some issue going on, on that road. You can't rat run anywhere anymore as you'll get the cowards monitoring you via cctv, so they can slap a fine as I had recently; and they'll hunt you down like a wild beast to get their money. Whilst the world is breaking apart slowly, you'll be treated like a criminal, because you made an error by going down a road that's permitted to permit holders only.
