Steam Locomotive crossing Barnes Bridge tommrow
"Our train leaves London Victoria station at around 08:45 steam hauled by Black 5 class steam locomotive No. 44871, and travels westwards, crossing the river Thames at Barnes Bridge, through Kew and Feltham. We stop at Staines and Woking then on to Weymouth."A Black Five is a Stanier Class engine dating from the mid 1930s and will be an impressive sight whilst crossing the Bridge. It departs Victoria at 8.45am but I can only guess when it will cross. Maybe best to be there at 9am. Enjoy.
