Watchmaker recommendation please

I have a desk clock from RMS Queen Mary that has stopped working and am looking for someone to fix it as the chap I used to use has passed away.The Liner has strong family connections so I am keen to have it repaired properly.Any recommendations?

No loss to me TBH. I had a vintage Tissot which was virtually rebuilt by Tissot for far,far less than the now closed reapirer wanted.

Oh, that's a disappointment. I was only there last year or so and now he is gone. Repair shops are as scarce as hen's teeth these days.

.Thank's everyone.My connections are, my mother witnessed the launch and sailed the Atlantic on the "Grey Ghost" when she was surconded to Washington during WW2.Also my great uncle, once removed, was Commodore of The White Star Line and Captain of the ship.As a boy  we regularly holidayed on the Isle of Wight and marvelled as she steamed by creating quite a wash on the beach.

Slightly off topic but I stayed on the RMS Queen Mary for about 5 nights a few years ago in Long Beach California and would highly recommend doing it to anyoneReally amazing experience with so much history

I've used Oscar, a lovely man on Northfields Avenue in the past.The last time I was there I saw a dealer collecting a rather nice antique clock so I presume he can fix them.It was Jim Lawes who recommended him.
