Help with Planning Application objection

Can anyone recommend an experienced Building Surveyor who could help us to put together an objection to a planning application for a house with basement right next to our boundary please?  Many thanks.

I have just spoken to a nice man at Robson's in Acton and he says we need a planning consultant, not a surveyor.  If anyone can recommend someone we would be hugely grateful.
