Roofing

Just had a knock on door, a roofer who said he was working on the next door house an d he noted that my flat roof needed a minor repair.( I have just had my roof surveyed and it is fine)I rang my neighbour, needless to say he did not have any roofers working for him. My son went to have a look and observed the roofer going down the alleyway that leads off Mayfield AVE AND RUNS PARALLEL to the high rd.  going to the flat doors and ringing the bells.

We also have the chancers going door-to-door in Boston Manor. One knocked on my door and told me that he'd seen as split on my flat roof. I asked him where his drone was as it is three stories up, not overlooked and was recently inspected. He walked away swearing. Only ever use recommended tradesmen
