My neighbours and the Coronation

I'm very concerned that my neighbours may not be watching the Coronation on TV, as I can hear them listening to music and moving around. It is also the case that they have in the past made disrespectful remarks about Camilla in the garden, which I have overheard. To whom should I report this unpatriotic behaviour, so that they can be arrested and preferably imprisoned under the new legislation?
