Just reading the recent email from the above. It mentions all the new rules,additions to the Highway Code, 31 I think . The first one is to not druve whilst tired. Another advises pulling over in to a safe space if you breakdown. Really don’t understand how these are rules. Surely they’re common sense. I know not everyone has common sense, but putting things like this in an already long book of rules seems a bit pointless. And detracts from the more important ones. Happy to be convinced otherwise
