Probably for another ‘luxury’ poorly designed tower block with no parking provision or outdoor space. Oh for some really good architecture which will enhance the area and be a joy to look at.I am waiting to see what is on offer at Empire House. Are the owners still going to have non opening windows, clip on balconies and ‘town houses’ built right up to the boundary of the Sainsbury delivery yard with all the attendant movements 24/7 and noise.
