Helen Bamberger explained "No - it happens a lot- especially when the threads are long"It's a direct consequence of the actual post a poster replies to, when clicking "Submit Reply"It may not be obvious as to how this happens, as in many cases many posters don't make clear whose post they're actually responding to, or what comment they're addressing.Nevertheless if a poster responds to the first postin a long thread, even one started weeks ago, their post will be tacked on to the end of any replies already made to that first first post, and so will appear near the top of the thread. Even if postedweeks later. And the same when responding to posts appearing in the middle of a thread. In theory it makes it easier to follow the points being made and is actually called "thread view".michael adams
