Lost glasses

Hi.I've lost my prescription glasses somewhere between the westernside of Turnham Green and Sainsburys (Essex Place)at around 7.15pm.They have brown frames and are tinted.It'd be great if someone finds them or knows someone who has.They're useless to anyone else.Thanks.

If not found or returned can your specks be 'reclaimed' on any household or other domestic insurance you might have?

Depends on the ‘excess’ stated in the policy and the value of the frames + when you last had the lens changed.  Could also affect your renewal price.

These are sometimes handed into an opticians.  Perhaps try asking and also putting up a notice near when you lost them.People often read pictures better than words. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice and luck.Unfortunately I don't have house insurance.I will do as suggested and ask in local opticians.They weren't massively expensive but I have a cataract developing so tinted specs are a must.
