Unduly cavalier advice, in my view. The Border Force (Agency, or whatever they call themselves in their latest incarnation) have all the passenger locator form information available on their computer. Who's to say they don't undertake a small percentage of random checks? Incidentally, there's no need to pay £100+ for a test. Testingforall, a highly efficient non-profit organisation, does day 2 tests for £49.
