I'm still having problems with my hotmail account keeping up-to-date on my laptop. Can anyone recommend a handy computer repair place somewhere near the Sutton Lane end of CHR?

Not sure if this is close enough but Chiswick Computers at 349 King St near Stamford Brook are very good and very reliable. 020 8846 9022

Try downloading a 3rd party client as without being on pc its pretty hard to diagnose and what you use to recieve and sendOutlook and alike that come free with windows 10 are pretty shabby clients Try eM Client,Thunderbird or Mailbird. Just download and set up
