Gunnersbury Park Farmers Market starts Sunday 12th September

Tomorrow a new weekly farmers market will be starting in Gunnersbury Park.  If you’re walking the dog or just fancy a trip to this great park why not pop along to the new market - whether you just want a great coffee and a fresh croissant or to stock up on fruit & veg for the week or just grab a tasty bite for lunch, it’ll be open from 10am-3pm for whatever you fancy.

The bread stall first on the left looked okay too but had pretty much run out by the time we go there.

Yes you are right . It is mainly composed of cooked foods from a variety of countries. Extremely expensive too. £8.00 for a tiny portion in a foil container. . Good flower and veg. stall and a small fresh fish stall.

Yes, just got back.  We liked the veg stall and bought some stuff there, but, as you say, it was more street food than farm outlets, and odd stalls like wine from Italy and home-made fresh pasta.  A good place to take kids perhaps as lots of wide open space close at hand.  Oh, and it’s on the E3 bus route!

The nearest entrance is the one cars use for the car park. More street food vans that what I would consider a Farmers' Market but it seems popular.
