Looking for taxi recommendations

My husband needs to go to Western Eye Hospital next week for a Covid test and then an operation so we're looking for taxis/minicabs that offer a screen between driver and passenger.  We don't want to use firms that use an app like Uber.  Someone has suggested Addison Lee, and I'd be grateful for any other experiences of this firm, and any other recommendations.  Many thanks in advance.

Local firms IBIS or A4 cars have mostly been great for me, apart from the occasional driver who gets stroppy about taking animals to the vet (my usual reason for needing cabs!) Gave up with Chiswick Cars.
