International Delivery via Parcel Force - frustration

HelloDoes anyone have any experience trying to speed up international delivery from GB to NZ?I recently received a parcel from NZ that took less than 10 days to arrive (at the post office, via parcelforce).However, over two weeks ago I posted a parcel (2.2kg) to be delivered to NZ. Sadly, the parcel hasn't even left the UK yet. The tracking has said it is 'prepared for export' — and it has stated this since 14 July.I have filled in an enquiry form, asking when it might depart — however the response essentially told me that there is nothing that can be done. I was given no indication of when it is likely to depart.
Any advice or experience?

Maybe ship with UPS,DHL,FED EX in the future. They operate own planes and operate freight hubs during the night out of east midland airport and in germaqny ext so likely to get parcels to destination quicker with its dedicated network in place. No help to you im afraid but possibly a better option to think over

To be fair, I've never had any problems with Parcel Force previously.

I posted a book to an address near Pistoia Italy by tracked Royal Mail three weeks ago this coming Thursday.It left Heathrow within 24 hours but now stuck "in transito " somewhere in Italy.Apparently there are severe delays there but whether they are real or political post Brexit I can't say.

I sent a birthday card to NZ via Royal Mail on 1st June and it hasn't arrived yet!

As you may know, Australia and New Zealand have clamped down on virtually all travel so there is a very limited number of flights going in to either country. Pilots don’t like going there because of the quarantine restrictions.  You may just have to wait for a flight with space!
