No idea who the 'Chair' is at the Scrutiny Committee meeting but has this despotic council that's LB Hounslow now become the language police ? Perhaps someone on here could explain what's wrong with the words 'pressuring' and 'trash' ?

The Chair is Cllr Saeed who is now an Isleworth councillor after being moved from her Cranford seat to replace a very hard working and popular councillor Linda Green who was deselected for some mysterious reason despite Ms Saeed being on record at the time as saying she had no idea where Isleworth was in the Borough

Not sure she's managed to find Isleworth many times since being elected either. Clearly hasn't a clue and no conception whatsoever about what scrutiny entails. Obviously another compliant mate of the glorious Leader, talk about being promoted above your pay grade.

Will be interesting tonight as there is a cabinet meeting, where this infamous scrutiny report is going to be discussed. It remains to be seen if Cllr. Saeed gets the support of her colleagues, no doubt they will close ranks, no consideration for the service they give to the community.

Had a run in with on Twitter once, in the days when it had some value. I left with a distinctive impression that curmudgeonly old coves can make a fine living from social media. Should have followed it through.
