Stolen (spare?) wheels recovered near Rusthall Av/Ramilles Road - have you lost one?
At 5:13am 2.6.21 I saw a white van stopped on Southfield Parade between Rusthall Avenue and Ramillies Road. I could see someone loading or unloading something. They left quickly as I approached. I thought they might be dumping rubbish so I went to check what it was and discovered two very nice newish alloy wheels from different cars. I took a photo of the van but cannot read the plates. I wasn't close enough to give a description of the driver. I suspect he was involved in stealing alloy wheels from vehicles, but whether he was picking them up or why he would be dropping them off I can only speculate. If anyone has lost a wheel last night do contact me on richardharrison1000@gm***.com - subject to approval by the Southfields police team I would be delighted to reunite you with your wheel.
