What does SLT stand for? I thought we had established that TfL were responsible for making an utter pigs ear of this junction? Given that the lights went out on Monday afternoon due to lightening you'd think they'd at least make some effort to ensure it didn't happen again and if that's too much to ask at least they could have taken less than 3 hours to turn up and try and sort it out yesterday. Even the police can't be bothered to turn up and manage the very dangerous traffic situation ..... I'm afraid I do blame the authorities Cllr Hearn, they should definitely take more responsibility for sorting out the chaos their actions cause but as usual it's the residents who pay for all these resources that have to muddle on through.
