The smoke and fumes kill residents before the fire reaches them, they will never stop building these at ridiculous height let alone the claddingso other rules should come into place to safeguard residents and as theyare unable to reach them above 10th floor I think it is they should besupplied with breathing equipment in case of fire emergency to give themtime for rescue or escape. There must be many ways to keep residents safe.
