Damaged bollard

A car has hit the bollard at entrance to our estate. Hounslow said it nots down to them,, Any ideas who to contact, Thanks

Which estate?  Which part of "Hounslow" says it's not down to them?If it's on the public highway, it would normally be Hounslow Highways' responsibility and you could raise it at fixmystreet.com or at fms.hounslowhighways.org

I reported it to Fix my street, who forwarded it to LBH. It’s on the entrance to Boston’ Gardens just off Hogarth Roundabout. Thanks for any a help.

As the entrance to your estate in on a red route and the yellow Bollard  is located on the kerb line of the pavement, at a guess it may come under TFL.If not, the other is  Hounslow Highways or your estate management

I hadn't realised that there's a Boston Gardens in Chiswick as well as in Brentford Bernard...that must cause wee confusion ay Hounslow House.

"it may come under TFL."I'm sure that's true, Bernard.Susan's report has disappeared from FixMyStreet/Hounslow Highways.  I suspect this is because Boston Gardens is an unadopted private road not maintained by HH.  However, as you pointed out, the damaged bollard is on TfL land.  I've raised a report direct with TfL, which is now also visible on FixMyStreet.com.
