Greetings Card trying to find home....

Hello.  We have a greetings card which was posted through our letter box today addressed to a Mr S Tagg or Togg, Devonshire Road.  He is not at our address and I can't find out who is his by neighbours locally.  Can anyone help identify who he is?  I'd hate to think he won't receive his card!  Thanks so much.  Maria

Maria if you have the time  to drop in the lovely man working on the sorting counter office next to the PO in Heathfield Terrace is a real detective. He reunited some baby gifts , that had ended up at mine with the rightful owner.

Be aware in case it's a scam and someone calls back for it, don't open door, might all be legit but just sayin.
