Accommodation address or small self contained office required

I need an office to store some paperwork in which has to have 24 hour access although in practice probably would only be there 4 or 5 hours a week.An alternative could be to have an accommodation address where I could collect post 6 days a week.Any ideas where I could find this would be welcome.

Why not get a Post Office Box Number or, I think Mail Boxes provide collection boxes

I think most people use their accountants address for this type of thing.
