Bollo Pub

Does anyone know why The Bollo hasn’t opened? It has outside space.

Not worth the hastle and the extra staff needed to cater for 10%-20% of what some pubs hold inside unless your good on food and can get bookings for food which is why some like the roebuck are open. No good if your limited space is going to be taken up by people sipping pints.

Julian, in the best of times and certainly in these worst of times, hospitality of any stripe is always about turnover.The idea of setting a timer for table service is always controversial, but in business terms it makes complete sense. Especially now.
