Carpenter recommendation - for shelving

Hello - I just need some simple shelves (floating) cut and installed to replace the existing slightly flimsy looking ones I have in my lounge. Any recommendations for a basic carpenter? (I don't need any bespoke high end carpenter, maybe more of a handyman..)Thanks!Deborah

I'm not currently working in the joinery field. I may even have retired from such work, I'm not sure, time will tell. I no longer advertise on this site or anywhere else. My website is still up but that should drop away soon.Floating shelves aren't an easy peasy job in most cases.

Surely they don't really exist, Michael? All shelves a figment, or there for a malevolent purpose...cerainly true when it comes to my cats.
