Conveyancing solicitor 

We are looking to sell our place in w12 and buy a bigger place in W4. Please could anyone recommend a good solicitor to help with this ?In the past we have used ‘at a distance solicitors’ but the process has ended up being extremely slow.

Try Jonathan Walsh at Sutton Maddocks - 020 8994 7344.They are a local established firm - we've used them for a number of conveyances and property matters over the years and always found them nothing short of excellent.

Have used non-local conveyancing solicitors for last four/five transactions. Haven't  noticed a difference in terms of delays and have always beed ready to proceed when the more traditional solicitors were.
