I am sick and tired of trying to get a comprehensible answer regarding this issue, the so-called cabinet portfolio holder seems to have lost the use of her fingers and you get the bog standard PR officer reply which says precisely nothing in a lot of words. Isleworth library is being used as a Covid testing centre at the moment so God alone knows when that will open again. What bugs the life out of me is that Richmond have managed to provide a service throughout, apparently that's far too complicated for Hounslow. Useless.
